Dominique Glass, founder of Impact Hire, brings a rich mix of experience from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing SaaS startups. As a three-time founding recruiter, she’s dedicated to building companies’ greatest asset—their people. Outside of recruitment, Dominique is all about adventure, whether she’s biking, snowboarding, exploring coffee shops, or traveling the globe. Her entrepreneurial spirit drives Impact Hire’s mission to make recruitment more meaningful and provide outstanding experiences for both clients and candidates.

Why We Started

Impact Hire was created to support startups making a real impact. We know how tough it can be to build strong teams, so we’re here to bridge that gap. Our mission is simple: empower startups from seed to IPO by connecting them with top talent. Every hire shapes the future, and we’re dedicated to making each one count.
